At Lisa Edels, we use US ring sizes, and you’ll find a helpful size chart below to guide you. Each size matches the inside diameter and circumference of the ring. Please measure the diameter that fits the finger you’d like to wear it on. We’ve also included the European equivalents to make things even easier. All measurements are in millimetres, so you can be sure you're selecting the perfect fit.

For effortless elegance, our signature size US 7 (EU 54) is always available. It's the most loved and widely worn size among our clientele.

Shipping Costs and Lead Times

Shipping costs are €16. Delivery takes 2 to 4 working days from the order date.

• Delivery to P.O. boxes or poste restante is not available.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package.

Delivery Methods

• Deliveries occur on working days only; scheduling an appointment is not possible.
• The courier will attempt delivery on two consecutive working days.
• If delivery fails, the goods will be held at the nearest courier office.
• You will receive email updates at every stage of the delivery process through the courier’s communication service.

Seamless Returns

At Lisa Edels, your satisfaction is our highest priority. Should you wish to return one or more pieces, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. We will be pleased to issue a refund for the returned items, excluding any shipping or gift packaging charges.

Kindly note that exchanges are offered solely for size adjustments, as each piece is crafted with care and intention. For all returns, we are here to assist you with a seamless and attentive process. Custom-made items are excluded from returns.

How to return

• Or access your order via your account or as a guest, select items to return and click "Submit Return Request."
• You’ll receive an email with return details, packaging instructions, and a link to book a courier pickup.

Return options

• Schedule a home pickup (choose your date and time)
• Drop off your package at a designated FedEx collection point

Return conditions

• The item must be unused
• Packaging must be intact (no scratches, wear, or damage)
• Include the original warranty certificate
• If conditions aren't met, the item will be returned and no refund issued

Refunds

Once your return is approved, you’ll get a confirmation email. Refunds are processed within five working days after receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method. Shipping and gift-wrapping costs are non-refundable.

Cleaning

To maintain the brilliance of your gold jewelry, gently clean it with lukewarm water and mild soap. Use a soft toothbrush for intricate areas, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and ultrasonic cleaners.

For softer stones like emeralds, opals, and pearls, avoid ultrasonic cleaners and strong chemicals. Store jewelry separately in soft pouches or lined boxes to prevent scratches.
